About Baby-Mates:
Baby-Mates began as a newsletter for a small post-natal group of mothers who had initially been put together by a baby-clinic in Winchmore Hill, London, UK. The group met weekly for many months, sharing their experiences as first time mothers. In November 2003 the very first issue was printed: a small leaflet that was distributed to a group of 10 mothers.
In January 2005 Baby-Mates was launched on to the web and now reaches hundreds of parents all over the world. Its success is down to the mothers and professionals who have contributed to the magazine.
Baby-Mates has been specifically created for mothers with young babies and children. It is a monthly issue, which contains informative articles advising how best to develop your baby and child in many areas. Both mothers and professionals have written articles that appear in Baby-mates and thus the information is current and useful.
